Top Salisbury Steak Recipe

Did you know that Salisbury is the last name of a doctor from the last part of the 1800s who suggested that eating beef many times a day is good for you? Well that is true! And, here is the classic Salisbury steak recipe that is easy and oh so tasty too. Enjoy with rice or brown gravy on top.

You will need:

1 1/2 lbs. of ground pork (lean)

3 lbs. of ground beef (lean)

1 c. tomato (peeled, seeded diced)

3 lightly beaten eggs

2 Tbsp. garlic (chopped)

1 1/2 tsp. pepper

1 onion (chopped)

1 Tbsp. salt
