Simple & Tasty Recipe for Black Bean & Corn Salad

This great salad is perfect for potlucks, as a side to a main course or with cornbread. You can try sweet bell peppers or using hot and sweet peppers. You can chill this in the fridge for many days after making it and serve it later if needed.

You will need:

1/2 c. balsamic vinaigrette dressing

2 (15 oz.) cans of drained whole kernel corn

1/4 tsp. of seasoned pepper

1/4 tsp. cilantro (dried)

1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 c. red bell pepper (chopped)

1/4 tsp. cumin (ground)

2 (15 oz.) cans of drained, rinsed black beans

1/2 c. of chopped onion

1/2 c. of green onions (chopped)
