Fast & Simple Aioli Recipe

Try this garlic mayonnaise with any fish dish. You can serve it with salmon, cod, or even bass. You will surely love the flavor, especially if you use an extra virgin olive oil from France, Italy or Greece. But, prepare it right before serving because it won’t last for long. Enjoy!

4 minced cloves of garlic

2 egg yolks

2 tsp. of lemon juice

1 c. of extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
