3. Flavorful Baby Bok Choy
Cook garlic with a bay leaf and melted butter in a skillet set on medium heat. Add in white wine and chicken stock. Let boil. Cook to reduce to 1 c. (15 min.) Take the bay leaf out. Add in the bok choy halves (cut side down). Decrease heat to a simmer. Cook for another 10 min. until tender. Serve bok choy on a plate with sauce on top.
