4. Bok Choy with Steamed Rice
Remove leaves from stems of the bok choy. Slice up the stems and chop the leaves. Then, put rice, soy sauce and water in a pot. Let simmer. Add in the bok choy stems. Decrease to low heat and add the lid on. Cook for about 18 min. until rice is almost cooked. Add in sesame oil, chili garlic sauce and the bok choy leaves. Take off heat and cover. Let sit for 5 min. to cook through. Leaves should wilt and rice should be tender. Fluff and add sesame seeds to serve.
