6. Annie’s Bok Choy Salad
Make a mixture of soy sauce, oil and vinegar. Let sit. Then, add crushed ramen noodles to margarine in a skillet set on medium. Add in almonds and sesame seeds. Sauté all until golden brown. Then, remove and drain the noodles. Add chopped green onions and chopped bok choy to a bowl. Serve the noodle mixture with the bok choy and dressing. Coat all well prior to serving.
