You will need:

For the marinade –
3 minced large cloves of garlic cloves(~ 3 tsp.)
3 tsp. of white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. of Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp. of lemon juice
