We all love snacks, but these are so easy to prepare and yet super healthy for you. Try them out for a filling snack that will keep you going all afternoon!
1. Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips
Mix raspberries, apples (Golden Delicious), kiwis, white sugar, strawberries, brown sugar and fruit preserves in a bowl. Chill, covered in the fridge for 15 min. Then, set oven to 350 F (175 C). Add butter or butter flavored spray to one side of each flour tortilla. Make into wedges and add to a baking sheet. Add cinnamon sugar and more spray on top. Bake them for 8-10 min. Let cool for 15 min. Serve the chips with the fruit mixture that has been chilled.
