1. Salmon Burgers
Heat stovetop or grill on medium. Chop up salmon finely. Mash up half with a meat pounder in a plastic bag. Put salmon (all) into a bowl and add in egg whites, bread crumbs, mustard, dill and ½ tsp. of salt. Make thick patties in the thickness you want. Grill them for 4-5 min per side. Serve with your choice of bread bun and toppings.
