Instructions: On medium heat, melt butter in a saucepan for 5 min. until it is golden brown. Stir it constantly during heating. Add in the marshmallows and reduce the heat (medium/low). Let cook with occasional stirring for 3-4 more min. until all the marshmallows are melted. Then, add in the 1 tsp. of sea salt and the bourbon. Take off the heat and add in the rice cereal. Coat the cereal well. Move it to a baking dish (9×13). Press the cereal mixture down into the dish (using parchment paper or the back of a flat spatula). Then add the sea salt over top. Cook to room temp and serve after 30 min. Enjoy!
