Top Recipe for Italian Wedding Soup

If you want a large soup with lots of vegetables, carbs, and meat, this is the recipe for you. It’s a traditional version of Italian wedding soup. Pair it with Italian bread. Try shells or orzo for the pasta, but any small shape will also be great with it.

1 (48 oz.) can of chicken broth

1 c. of dry bread crumbs

1 lb. of ground beef

1 (10 oz.) frozen pack of spinach (thawed, drained)

2 onions (chopped up)

2 c. carrots (chopped up)

2 stalks of celery (chopped up)

1 egg

1 lb. of boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (cut up)

3 oz. of dry pasta

Salt and pepper (add to taste)
